The long-rumored Spyro the Dragon remastered trilogy is now a reality. Spyro the Dragon: Reignited Trilogy is bringing the original trilogy of games to the current generation. It has been currently announced for the PlayStation 4, and Xbox One platforms. No official word if it’ll come to PC or the Nintendo Switch at this time.
Fans have been waiting for this announcement for a very long time, and after the success of the Crash Bandicoot Trilogy Remaster, this was the second most demanded series fans wanted a remake off. The remaster is getting handled by the company Toys for Bob which handled Spyro in the Skylanders series. Toys For Bob CCO Paul Yan said in a press release. “We’ve poured a lot of love into making the personalities and worlds feel just like fans remember them, while also keeping the game collection surprisingly fresh with lush, high definition detail. We’re bringing back the Spyro we all fell in love with 20 years ago.”
Vampyr, the upcoming action-RPG from DONTNOD Entertainment, will release June 5 on PlayStation 4, Xbox One and PC. DRAGON QUEST XI: Echoes of an Elusive Age has finally received a Western release and Trailer. The game is set to come out September 4th on the PlayStation 4, and Steam platforms.
